RETIREMENT FUND GIFTING

Many individuals have retirement plans and are able to make monetary gifts from these plans to designated beneficiaries.

If you are an individual in these circumstances and have the financial means to do so, you may wish to consider making a gift to the ACLA from any qualified retirement plan, such as an IRA or 401(k) account.

You may be assured that during your lifetime, it will be a source of great satisfaction to know that you can help in this fight to uphold the Faith and to defend its practice by Catholic men and women in this country.

Making such a gift can also have the advantage of reducing the taxes payable on such plans.

A gift of this kind will require that you obtain, complete and submit a beneficiary form to your plan provider, naming the American Catholic Lawyers Association as a designated beneficiary in accordance with the specific plan provisions.

The ACLA is a 501 (c)(3) not-for-profit, tax-exempt religious organization. Donations to the ACLA are tax deductible.
